SHIPPING POLICY
Order Handling Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). After processing, your order will be handed over to the carrier and prepared for shipment.
Transit Time
Estimated shipping times are 4 to 8 business days, with shipments dispatched from Monday to Friday.
Shipping Countries
This shipping policy applies exclusively to deliveries within the United States. For information about shipping to other countries (e.g., Canada, Australia, New Zealand), please refer to our international shipping policy or contact our support team.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is completely free. Fashion Glam covers all shipping costs for every order—no minimum order quantity required.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status of your package.
Canceling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@fashion-glam.com before the order has been shipped.
If cancellation is approved in time, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed instead.
Damaged on Arrival
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you notice damage during transit, contact us as soon as possible at support@fashion-glam.com and provide:

We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund—based on your preference.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time (11 business days), we sincerely apologize.
Delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as severe weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
Please allow an additional 2 business days.
