Returns & Complaints

Return of Goods

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

  • Always include the tracking number.

  • Upon receipt, the purchase price will be refunded.

  • All returns must be registered with our customer service team.


I Received a Faulty Item

Please contact our support team immediately and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Which item is damaged

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence

📦 If your parcel was damaged during delivery:
→ Take a photo and send it to customer service within 7 days of delivery.
⚠️ Without confirmation from our support team, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.


I Received the Wrong Item

Please contact our support team immediately and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you did not receive

  • The name of the item you did receive

  • A photo of the item received


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not possible.

  • If you wish to exchange, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.


Return Costs

  • Faulty / damaged / defective product → no return costs.

  • Wrong size, wrong choice, or unwanted item → the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
